I’m Scott Saunders — a creative artist with over 35 years of experience as an award-winning graphic designer, art director, and illustrator.
Early influencers like Margot Chase, Milton Glaser, Saul Bass, Ivan Chermayeff, Paul Rand, Chip Kidd, and Paula Scher inspired me to hone my skills in brand identity — and I’ve been hooked ever since. Decades later, my expertise granted me the ability to co-author the best-selling book Brandy: 101 Sips of Wisdom on Attaining a Successful Brand, and led to co-hosting Brandy, a ad-free weekly podcast that’s proud to rank in the top 3% global market.
When I am not crafting logos, I have a real love for designing book covers and theatrical show posters. I’m also the proud author of the children’s storybook The Tale of Tiny Timber — a whimsical little adventure that’s very close to my heart. You could say that at the core of everything I do is a love for creative storytelling — whether through pixels, print, stage, or screen. It’s one of the most powerful ways we’ve connected as humans throughout history… and how we share our humanity.
These days, I’m channeling most of my creative magic for MOTIF Brands, all while soaking up the sunshine (and maybe a little wine) in Paso Robles, California.
